  • What is reflexology?
    Much more than a simple massage, a clinical reflexology treatment is a therapeutic practice based on the fact that each area of ​​feet, face, ears and hands refers to a part of the body.   • How many sessions are necessary?
    There are no definite answer to this questions are every case and every individual is unique. Nevertheless, it is sometimes necessary to have a number of sessions close together to feel the desired benefits. The sessions will be spaced out as the general condition improves.
  • Are there any contraindictions to reflexology?
    Reflexology is not suitable for you if you have any of the following conditions: Total contraindications Thrombosis / DVT Unstable heart condition Imminent medical Test Drugs or alcohol (under influence) Undergoing active radiotherapy Contagious or notifiable diseases Local contraindication Phlebitis / Cellulitis Varicose Veins severe Verrucae and Warts Injury to feet For face reflexology, no botox should have been done 3 weeks prior any treatment.
  • Do I need to get undressed?
    For reflexology, you do not need to get undressed. You just need to be on your bare foot for feet reflexology.
  • How is organised a home session?
    You don't need to worry about anything. I will come directly at the address you indicated with all the necessary equipement. You will recline on my comfortable chair, I will sit on my rotating stool. Please note that I would need a room of around 2.30 m x 2 m for installing my equipment. A quiet, clean, tidy and warm place would be appreciate to get the maximum of benefice of the treatment.
  • How can I pay?
    Payments options are credit/debit bank cards, Online Paypal, mobile payments, bank transfers, and cash. Deposit payments or gift cards payments throught the website are credit/debit bank cards and online Paypal only.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellation policy: A minimum 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments is required. With at least 24 hours notice I will reschedule your appointment or I will be happy to provide full refund of the deposit you paid. With less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee of the full treatment value will apply, you will be offered a corresponding refund depending of the value you paid. For no-shows (incorrect address provided or absent from home), a 100% fee of the full treatment value will apply, refund will not be provided. For upfront or deposit payment of any package of several treatments, the following cancellation and refund policy apply: With at least 24 hours notice, I will be happy to reschedule and no fee will be applied. For less than 24 hours notice your treatment will be considered as occurred and therefore lost but you will be refunded 50% of the treatment value (it will be considered the price discounted and not the full price). For no-shows (incorrect address provided or absent from home), the treatment will be considered as occurred and therefore will be lost.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
